Celebrate your child’s birthday with two hours in our indoor sports hall at the ESM Sports Club on Queensferry Road.

Choose a coached party with football, cricket or multi-sports, or enjoy hall-only hire and organise your own games, activities or entertainment.

What’s Included?

Every booking includes:

• Two hours use of the sports hall
• Tables set up in the hall for your buffet and birthday cake
• Free on-site parking

We’ll have the tables ready for you. You’re welcome to bring along your own food, drinks, cake, plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and serving items.

The party and buffet area will be set up within the sports hall, so everything happens in one space.

Party Options

Sports Party with Coaching

£250 for up to 20 children

Includes:

• One hour of coach-led football, cricket or multi-sports
• One hour for food, cake and celebrations
• Sports equipment for the coached activity

Sports Hall Hire Only

£120 for two hours

Enjoy exclusive use of the hall and organise your own games, activities or entertainment.

You’re also welcome to arrange for an external entertainment company to attend, subject to prior approval.

Availability

Parties are available from 2.30pm to 4.30pm:

• Every Saturday throughout the year
• Sundays from April to November

Decorations

You’re welcome to decorate the party area to make it your own.

Decorations can be attached to the walls using Blu Tack and taken down before the end of your booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to book a coach?

Not at all. You can choose hall-only hire and bring your own games or entertainment. 

Is catering included?

We don’t provide catering, but we’ll lay out tables for your buffet. You’re welcome to bring all the food, drinks and party items you need.

Is there a separate party room?

The buffet and celebration area will be set up within the sports hall, so the whole party takes place in the same space.

Do you provide sports equipment?

Equipment is included with coached parties. For hall-only bookings, you’re welcome to bring any equipment needed for your activities.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free on-site parking is available.
